I trust our devotionals are a blessing to you along with our great programs chosen especially for you and your family!

Now, allow me to change gears and focus on the outreach mission of the Total Living Network. From the very beginning, we have been deeply committed to getting the Good News of Christ to the world.

You may already know we broadcast via SAT-7 to much of the Middle East and North Africa. The Total Living Network has also helped launch Christian TV in Romania and continues to provide programming there.

We have reached out to orphans, disaster victims, refugees, and provided food for the hungry in times of crisis -- because serving is the true heart of God.

It remains the mission of Total Living Network to reach out by providing:

· assistance and programming to lost areas of our world.
· programming to those without Christ in your town, city, state and nation.
· creative, entertaining and inspirational programs for your entire family.

However, you may not be aware that we also enable our Total Living Network friends to do hands on missionary work through our Significant Living outreach.

One such friend is Harold Jerde. Harold began his missions ministry 39 years ago (in his retirement years), when his compassion for the world led him to establish: Mission Trips with Harold.

Harold will help anyone in need and at the same time explain the difference God can make in their lives, no matter how poor, lonely or troubled they might be.

Recently, he shared with us about a trip into the Appalachian heartland when he happened upon four little girls trapped in a very abusive home. Harold was compelled to get them out of their hard situation. So, he located a good home for the girls and even built a new room to properly shelter them.

Harold views his mission trips as opportunities for our Significant Living volunteers to collect memories and have their own lives changed in the process.

We are thrilled to be part of Harolds great ministry! Many adults in the significant years of life are finding these short term mission trips to be an ideal way to help those who need the loving touch of Jesus Christ.

Upcoming missions trips are planned for Barbados, Costa Rica and Jamaica. If you would like more information on these trips or our Significant Living ministry -- just write a note on the enclosed reply slip and send it along with your gift today.
